This program is designed for individuals ready to create transformational change and establish habits to successfully propel you into becoming your best self. Through this interactive process, you will learn how to identify what is working in your life and what needs to change by developing a roadmap for living your best life.

Sessions Overview

1. Mindfulness Matters

Craving more peace, clarity, and calm in your life? Whether you already have a mindfulness practice or want to start one, we will explore different ways to create your own practice or deepen your existing one.

2. Live Your Core Values

Our core values are the true representation of our authentic selves. Unfortunately, our authenticity is not always what we present to the world. That is why it is important to know and stand firm on what your core values are and how they support you. If you put a small value on your core values, we can assure you that the world will not raise your price! Start living your best life according to your core values.

3. Stress Management and Resilience for Well-Being and Success

Overwhelmed by the demands of work and life? Stressed about making better choices and the onslaught of overstimulation? We will explore the different sources of stress you experience and learn strategies to mitigate stress and build resilience in order to become a more effective, happier, healthier version of yourself.

4. How to Create Your Personal Presence

Many of the smartest people fall short of their full potential—not because they lack intelligence or technical proficiency, but because they haven’t developed the presence to connect, influence, and communicate with clarity and credibility. Learn how to identify and leverage your own natural style of personal presence and how to gain confidence around how to engage, interact, communicate and influence others around you.

5. Design a Roadmap for Living Your Best Life

We will put together all the insights learned from the previous sessions and explore your intentions, what is holding you back, and how you would like to move forward. Then we will design a roadmap for living your best life so that you can implement and take action immediately.

6. Final Game Plan

Our final session will be an opportunity to share your experience using your new personalized roadmap. We will discuss what’s worked and what hasn’t worked so that you can refine your roadmap and walk away with a final game plan to live your best life.

Program Information 

  • 6 group coaching sessions (weekly)
  • 60 minutes per session via video conference call
  • Each session includes: Topic focus, tools/resources, experiential exercises, live coaching, and follow-up application
  • Recorded calls offered for people who may not be able to attend every live session
  • Invitation to join a private Facebook group for continued learning and connection
