"Naz combined common sense with scientific evidence in a way that enabled the
group to take steps toward a healthier lifestyle. Naz identified with personal
challenges faced by our leadership team and shared her own experiences to further
connect with the attendees. Her passion for helping others achieve wellness was
very apparent. Her presentation was engaging, and her advice was effective and
accessible for busy professionals."
"The session focused on wellness strategies and interactive activities, in an effort
to provide participants with actionable experiences and tools. Overall, the
content was received very well and helped provide helpful approaches to
improving leadership effectiveness by increasing focus, presence and
engagement. The day’s activities contributed to a better understanding of stress
and energy management for our busy lives.”
"Camp Reboot brings together 200-300 individuals to the Omega Institute for five days to inspire, inform, and support them as they experience juicing and a plant based diet to manage weight and illness. In her capacity as one of our most respected Coaches, she guides and mentors a large group of Rebooters as they go through the process of detoxing, form a community, and begin to adopt new behaviors. Naz’ mentees have been consistently happy with her support and guidance, and credit her with helping them get on the right path."
"Her program was innovative, deliberate, and effective. She tailored her program specifically to our office and goals.Beyond the program, Naz creates an inviting and open environment for professions to thoughtfully discuss topics. Her leadership is subtle, yet strong, and her encouragement is timely.
The Prananaz program has twice successfully connected participating groups to a more energetic, thoughtful workspace.”
“Naz has done a great job leading the Stress Management Workshop here at General Assembly in New York City on a regular basis for almost a year now. The class offering has proved a popular choice for students looking to lead a more healthy and balanced professional life, and has received consistently positive feedback due to its tangible takeaways and practical approach to solving a problem faced by many professionals. At just two hours, the class is packed with insightful tips, tricks, and exercises to help students achieve a better work/life balance. On a personal level, Naz has always been professional, responsive, and easy to work with!”
“Prananaz has a very unique model. I have been able to tailor components of the program (SYNGERI Wellness Assessment) with the support of Naz Beheshti to develop applicable wellness workshops and programs to enhance wellness with staff programs at San Francisco General Hospital. Coaching is necessary and Prananaz inspires a person to embark on the healing path through empowerment. I really think it can be applicable to many types of people and definitely want to thank Prananaz’ services for providing another model for us to do the great work we do.”
“Naz facilitated our annual Leadership offsite at Columbia University. Working with Naz helped:
— exercise and improve communication between board members outside of the formal setting of typical board meetings — focus clarity of thinking about board values and vision — encourage a culture of collaboration and engagement through her experiential exercises. I only wish there had been significantly more time to work together. It felt like it was just the beginning and only scratched the surface of some important issues and strategies.”
"Naz led an engaging and impactful talk for a group of students from the Department of MS&E within the School of Engineering at Stanford. She shared stories about her mentor and former supervisor, Steve Jobs. It was clear that her time with Steve made a substantial impact on who she is now as a professional and as a human being.
During her talk, Naz encouraged students to take time for themselves, re-emphasizing the importance of self-care. At the end of the talk, students were able to participate in a few activities that promoted mindfulness, happiness, and well-being. In a post-survey, students stated that Naz provided information that they could use for the future regarding their academics and careers. All things considered, I thought she did a wonderful job and we would love to have her back in the future."
